Meet Madi, our Exercise PhysiologistA clinical exercise physiologist is someone who works with people struggling with chronic conditions, pain or injuries to help them become more mobile, independent and improve their quality of life. They do this via designing exercise plans with rehabilitation and injury prevention in mind and provide their patients with lifestyle education and coaching.

Q - Is it really for just people over 40?
A - Yes. We focus solely on this demographic because they are chronically undeserved and don't feel comfortable in normal fitness settings.

Q - Can I do this with an injury?
A - Yes 100%, Alex is our physio and goes through an extensive online assessment with every client to identify weaknesses. This information get included into your programme and we help you recover while still reaching your fitness goals.

Q - How do we check in with the coach?
A - We have monthly online zoom calls to discuss everything about your programme, and you can contact your coach at anytime through the app, and we get back to you with in 12 hours.

Q - Can I still get results online?
A - Absolutely yes, the true value is in the accountability a coach provides, and the structure of the exercise programme. With regular check ins and good communication you can achieve the same results as a person can in person.

Q - What If I don't want to go to my local gym, can I do this at home?
A - Absolutely, we can create a home workout for you, with minimal equipment.

Q- How long is the programme?
A - Its initially 6 months, as this is a good amount of time to make meaningful and lasting progress.

Q - Are there online classes?
A - Zumba gold is the only one we can do online, but we are working on it.

Q - Is this a lose weight fast programme?
A - No, we are in the business of long term sustainable weight loss, we want you to have the tools to manage your weight long after you leave us. Slow and steady weight loss is the secret to a lasting change.
